Your Magic Minute begins NOW. Upon your first login to the member area you’ll have access to today’s audio, yesterday’s audio, and the archive library. Dive right in!
The program runs indefinitely – as long as you remain an active member you’ll continue receiving powerful audio lessons from Anders each day!
The program is designed to deliver a powerful message in just a minute a day. While you may take just one minute to review the audio first thing in the morning, we recommend listening to it a few times throughout the day and journalling your experience for about 5-10 minutes each day for maximum impact.
When should I listen to my daily Your Magic Minute audio?
We recommend incorporating the daily audio into your morning routine. If you go for a walk every morning, try listening to the audio at the start of your walk and dedicate the rest of your walk to thinking time on the topic of the day. Or listen to the audio with a journal and your morning cup of coffee. Find what works for you and be consistent.
You can expect to see a new audio posted by 5am Eastern time each day.
Not to worry! All audios are saved in the archive section above for you to review at your leisure over and over again.
On each of the audio players, you’ll find a download icon in the upper right hand corner. Just select the audio you wish to download, then click the download icon to save the MP3 file to your device.
