    Hi Anders and the team
    Thank you for the message today i feel like i have hit a brick wall . I have been on this journey for the past 12 months and i have been wanted to change since 2018 i have found my journals although inconsistence asking myself the same questions i have been asking myself now what is my purpose in this life. how can i live the life that i desire why why why . I have been reading and litsening to self development books and speakers for the past year. i have invested in myself financially but it feels like i keep hitting a brick wall. I also find myself in the same place not being able to move forward ….may be i am trying too hard

      Dear Helen,

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts – the hardest thing for us is to let go and fall into trust. To let go of control and the known. We call it our comfort zone and when we want change and different results, we need to move ourselves outside of our comfort zone. We need to hold on to trust and courage, into the unknown. So yes maybe you are trying to hard. Maybe you need to step back and look at which opportunity that is presented for you, right now. Your intuition will speak to you when you have the courage to step back – it will guide you to the next step aligned with your goal – maybe it makes sense and maybe not, but you need to go with it anyways.

      So what do you need to let go of? Tune into your intuition through gratefulness and open your heart. You already have all the tools and skills needed for your journey <3
