My question will sounds stupid, but I m listening the video, and then I read the book ? I tried to to both in same time but I can’t focus on any this way

Thank you for your comment and trust me, nothing will ever sound stupid! 🙂
It is something you have to try and see what is working best for you – maybe you can understand the material better when you read it, maybe when you see the video or hear it. The focus has to be that you can make sense of the material and find it inspiring.
